This dragon has a thin body with a thin tail and neck. Its scales are blue. This dragon has thin limbs with four splayed digits on each foot that end in sharp claws. It has small, wide-set, frill-like wings running from its shoulders to its hips. Two rows of tendrils run from the base of its skull to its shoulders. This dragon's head is blocky and it has a tiny mouth. It has slanted eyes that are jet black. This dragon has no visible ears.. The back of this dragon's head and neck is protected by thick bone. A hornlike projection juts straight out between its nostrils. Two horns extend backwards from its forhead.
